A much-coveted preparation for the chocolaholics – “Frrrozen Haute Chocolate” priced at $25000 is the most expensive dessert in the globe. The latest in the contributions from Serendipity 3 Restaurant in New York City’s Upper East Side, the luscious dessert is a perfect blend of gold leaf and chocolate confection dubbed with frozen fruit chocola.
There is a lot on offer with the item – in lieu of the hard cash. The dessert is derived from a merger of 28 rare and exotic cocoas around the world, poured into a glass lined with a 18 carat edible gold leaf. The contents also include frozen chocolate mixture, whipped cream and more chocolate above, which is topped with more gold leaf, whipped cream and black truffle shavings – to produce an awesome taste of an exactly freezed chocolate. Further, the preparation is embellished with a golden spoon and a gift of golden crown exclusively for the owner. Inarguably, the recipe deserves to be priced at $25K and the title for most expensive dessert on Guinness Book of World Records.

Wow – and I thought a $50 cheesecake at the grocery down the street was bad! Love the site!
