The giant 13,123 foot and 6 kilometer wide sea-base construction X-Seed 4000 has surpassed all imagination with its enormity and vastness. Exceeding beyond the human imagination, the tallest building ever, is an artifact of the Taisei Corporation in 1995. The mammoth building with a large 800 floor capacity was designed for an accommodation in Tokyo, Japan to capacitate up to one million inhabitants in its area. A rough estimate for the construction of the skyscraper is between US$300-900 billion in current dollars.

Two of the interesting facts about the building constitute its wonderful sea-based location and its amazing combination of ultra-modern livelihood and a healthy interaction with nature and its attributes. X-Seed 4000 shapes like the Mount Fuji but is astonishingly higher than the mountain range. Apart from providing the occupants with the luxurious exuberances, the skyscraper would be asked for to protect the inhabitants from the air pressure gradations and the weather variations that come along its way.
